Most employers will required you to have multi-engine experience, so at some stage you will have to embark on your initial multi-engine endorsement training.  Most people are under the belief that two engines have got to be better than one - not necessarily so!  In most twin-engine aircraft, if one of those engines should stop, that plane can be more of a handful than the single engine aircraft whose engine fails.

During this phase of your training you will learn the drills, emergency procedures and handling characteristics associated with asymmetric flight (flight on one engine)
